Administered by Flores. Available with the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) only only. Enroll via paper enrollment forms.

  • Annual deposit limits include both employee and Agrana contributions combined
  • Must re-enroll each year - does not auto-carry over; enroll via paper form
  • HSA is funded per pay period; deduction amount can be changed at any time
  • Changes may take 1–2 payroll periods to process
  • Eligibility: must be enrolled in HDHP, not covered by spouse's plan, not claimed as dependent by another, not enrolled in Medicare/TRICARE/TRICARE for Life, no VA benefits in past 3 months
